through my personal experience, and a watchful eye of others, alcoholic like me, ive learned how sneaky my alcoholism can be. i can feel it within when it goes to stirrin, when ive stepped away from my practice of this thing we do, and my alcoholism starts its evil and corrodin thread. the course of action i know to help myself live through self-will is what this thing we do has taught me. i may not be able to change the way my alcoholism makes me feel within, but i can change my response to its biddin. whether forces outside of me are kick startin my alcoholism or whether ive overstepped my boundarys allowin my self-will to start writin checks my ass cant cash, there are solutions ive learned and honed to help me live through em. or as a friend of mine says, see my way through, the seduction of my self-willed obstinacy. most def, as my sobriety and recovery grow and evolve, so does my alcoholism. what worked yesterday may not work today. so, i must remain vigilant in my search to use spiritual principles differently to address changin times. the only thing i can change is me and the application of the 12 spiritual principles. 1 day @ a time…
