this mornins daily explains exactly how my sponsor showed me how he got sober. he spoke in a language i could clearly understand. he didnt come at me like he was better than i or less than, he spoke like he had been where i had. as he told his story he simply laid out the kit of spiritual tools for my inspection. he expressed how his sponsor had done the same with him. it was a lesson for me as i moved forward in my recovery and how i needed to do the same with others. 1 day @ a time…
