We know that recovery relies on communication and connection, and we don’t want anyone to lose that, even as social distancing and self-isolation become the best practices to prevent spreading the virus. First of all, we encourage everyone to take the necessary steps to protect themselves and others from coronavirus disease (COVID-19). Second, we encourage fully utilize In The Rooms as a healthy, convenient alternative to your regular face-to-face meetings.

All you need to get started is a free account. Once you’ve joined, you can attend any of our online video meetings (for the best experience, please use a laptop or desktop computer).

This Monday, March 16th, at 3 PM EST, Sophia Caudle, PhD, LPC-S, CSAT-S will facilitate a coronavirus support group, specifically for anyone feeling stressed or concerned about their recovery during the pandemic.
