T. Pro talk. It's really important to know when to delete some of your multimedia on your computers, SD cards and USB drives. Why? Someday you'll need a lot of space, maybe WAY more than you have right now. How many GB do you have? 30 GB? 100 GB? 400 GB? 500 GB? If you don't know anything about this and you edit photos and copy them or add a lot of music and games, then listen up. Let's talk space saving. You need to delete your temporary files by using tools on your computer (check your bin to save things if anything because it will get rid of that if you don't do something about it). You can also use the “Defragmenter Tool” on your USB drive and SD cards to moving files to get to your media swifter (it'll look the same to you but not the same to the computer). Also, uninstall your games and programs you don't need to save space. You don't have to buy more computers, ex-drives (also named “external drives”), SD cards, and USB drives, but if you want to back-up your files for big media projects or something, you can. Also, as a reminder (not that everyone likes hearing this), you should keep your stuff hard for “bad people” or “spies” (maybe your family and friends) to find by putting it in “My Documents” or somewhere else. Don't keep important files and soundtracks on your desktop where it can be easier deleted. PS.: Saving space is an ongoing expressive process. How? What things do you delete first? That is your style; your expression.

I'm with Shane Ardito. I started cutting in middle school, and later I drank my mouthwash at school in my mid-teens and I got dizzy, but no one knew for years that I was underage drinking because I hid it so well, and I stopped drinking for many years; however, by high school, I was still doing junk like sniffing, cutting, skipping meals and wanting to die. I drank some mouthwash in Spring 2020 in the middle of the night because of junk from work from a sex addict named Nick. I am a mental health webmaster of EMSM. I have a cat, a hamster, and four chickens. I enjoy helping people feel better and I've been trying to help people in mental health for years. I know recovery takes time, so if I seem a bit off, I could be me more than you. We are all fighting something; one step at a time. Together, we make magic happen: recovery. What makes me awesome? *empathy*caring*patience*compassion* - Smiley (207) 250-0614
