About 10th Street Comprehensive Treatment Center
Conveniently located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, 10th Street Comprehensive Treatment Center (CTC) provides medication-assisted treatment (MAT) for adults who are struggling with opioid addictions. MAT is a form of treatment that combines counseling with the use of prescription medication to help individuals end their opioid use. Historically, methadone clinics typically only offered one medication, but our treatment center has several options available, including methadone, buprenorphine, Suboxone, and naltrexone. These medications can alleviate the distressing symptoms of withdrawal, which may help people refrain from using again. The counseling component of MAT gives patients an opportunity to process their experiences and examine things that may have contributed to their drug use. Receiving medication-assisted treatment can help people learn to control their addictive behaviors and achieve lasting recovery.
