About Colton Comprehensive Treatment Center
Located in Colton, California, Colton Comprehensive Treatment Center (CTC) offers outpatient medication-assisted treatment (MAT) for individuals age 18 and older who are struggling with opioid addictions. MAT uses prescription medication along with counseling services to help individuals stop using opioids. In the past, methadone clinics typically only offered one prescription medication. At Colton CTC, patients can receive a prescription for buprenorphine, methadone, naltrexone, or Suboxone. These medications can alleviate the uncomfortable symptoms of withdrawal, allowing patients to begin treatment without experiencing cravings for opioids. The individual and group counseling services at our treatment center complement the use of prescription medication. Individual counseling gives patients a chance to speak with a professional about their concerns, while group counseling provides patients with the opportunity to meet with others who may share similar experiences. MAT can help people learn to control addictive behaviors and achieve lasting recovery.
