About Medford Comprehensive Treatment Center
Medford Comprehensive Treatment Center (CTC) is an outpatient opioid addiction treatment center that offers care for adults who are struggling with addictions to opioids. Located in Medford, Oregon, our CTC utilizes medication-assisted treatment (MAT), which is a type of treatment that combines the use of prescription medication with counseling. There are some methadone clinics that only offer one type of prescription medication as part of their programming, but at our treatment center, we can prescribe buprenorphine, methadone, Suboxone, and naltrexone. The specific medication a patient receives is determined based on their needs, but all have proved effective in alleviating the distressing symptoms of withdrawal so that patients can truly focus on their treatment process. People who receive care at our CTC also have access to individual therapy and group therapy. Both types of therapy offer patients an opportunity to gain a better understanding of the disease of addiction, process their experiences, discuss their concerns, and develop coping skills that can help prevent future relapse.
