this mornins readin asks me to build upon the integrity ive worked over the years of my recovery to strengthen. havin found the exact natures of my character with a detailed inventory of my behavior, the next step in the progress of my recovery is to admit my wrongs to my HP which prepares me fer bein honest with myself, and later with another person. after years of "keepin secrets" and hidin faults and shortcomins while out doin my dirt, openly admittin them, and out loud to another human bein, is a drastic turnaround. it is a time to get rid of any baggage and dark secrets ive been holdin inside. to be honest, by keepin this shit all to myself is what kept me drinkin. today i get to use the solutions recovery teaches so i may be free from these incapacitatin secrets. i get to continue to heal my heart and mind. 1 day @ a time...
