recovery has given me the tools, allowed me to learn from my experience, and taught me the spiritual principles of recovery to help better my life as a whole. though some of the tools, experience, and how i choose to use the spiritual principles may be hard to express, when needed, if im honest, use the strength ive grown from exercisin faith, and practice the courage provided by step 4, i get to build within, an unwaverin degree of self-confidence through integrity. i get to be joel without regret, shame, remorse, or guilt. today with the continued employment of all the 12 spiritual principles, i get the opportunity to live life in freedom, humility, and due, self-respect. fer me, today, the application of these ethics and philosophies have become, not only a practice, but a 1st nature. i can be myself and be proud of the man my HP, and recovery, have taught me to be. 1 day @ a time...
