as a result of tryina live a different lifestyle ive been fortunate to receive things others who may not be an alcoholic in recovery may take for granted. see, its not like i didnt want to, or didnt try to, live by principles others were taught as young uns. unfortunately for me, i thought i deserved more. these simple life pleasures didnt seem as fulfillin to me as they may have for others. comin into the rooms i learned there was much for me to surrender to. and the learnin didnt stop there, i also had to understand how acceptance and tolerance worked. as i toiled with these seemingly simple ideas, concepts i had always tried to make harder than they were, i had to determine how to live these uncomplicated and straightforward considerations with a sense of simplicity. even as i was to live em as laid out, it was a struggle for me to not make em harder than they were. as i evolved and grew into each one of these notions put forth in front of me, i by default, or by proxy, began to receive em. 1 day @ a time...
