this mornins daily reminds me of the importance of personal humility and integrity. from experience enlightened through personal moral inventory, i have taken part in dissension for the mere sake of contention. even studied the opposin facts so i could be, so thought, well armed. it says in the 12 & 12 on pg. 76, “the dif between a demand and a simple request is plain to anyone.” how can i build a life of humility and integrity today if i continue to make outrageous demands? today my focus must remain on simple requests assertin a healthy and respectful boundary while toleratin responses like "no," "not now," "maybe," and/or "i dont know.” while practicin livin life in the now, movin away from the character defects caused from my shortcomins, i do not need to involve myself in controversy like i did back in the days of doin my dirt. 1 day @ a time…
